Biweekly meetings until 90 days prior to wedding date; then, Up to 1 1/2 hours weekly Meetings + 6 hours of services indicated for Rhapsody Inspirations Services package, plus: Wedding/Reception Design - Rhapsody will provide conceptual development of your Wedding and Reception based upon information you provide at your introductory interview and ongoing meetings. We will also organize these additional pre-wedding events:

Planning & Design for the Bridal Shower

Additional Services:
For $9.99 per month $10.00 setup fee, let us help manage your RSVPs and guest list maintenance. Also included are completing table assignments with place cards, and weekly reports (electronic or paper) in MS Excel format.
Allow us to keep you on schedule with email reminders or IM messages and we will send you timely reminders for your appointments and activities for you and your Groom, Maid of Honor, Best Man and both sets of Parents.

Once you receive your purchased invitations let us help you fold, package, address, and stamp the invitations. We will even mail the invitations to your guests. If you provide us with a list of names and addresses of your well wishers, we will send out thank-you notes with your special thoughts after your event as well.
